What to tell them
- Owners pay nothing: no brokerage, no commission and no repair invoices. RentRo finds verified tenants, prepares the agreement, collects rent and handles routine repairs. Owners can ask for a free assessment.
- Tenants pay no brokerage and nothing to search or visit. A one-time onboarding fee is due only after they choose a home they like, with the security deposit. They can search available flats.
